Weighted Strength
This strength based class uses functional movements and weights for resistance. Focusing on using big push and pull movements like squats, deadlifts, rows, and presses. This is a great class to focus on building muscle and functional strength.
This is for all levels, but if you are brand new to Strength Training check out our Beginner Strength classes (below) or our MVMNT Foundations programs.

Mat Pilates
This matwork class is designed to challenge and improve your core strength, glute strength and your overall stability.
The class is for all fitness levels. Offered 2-3x per week. Book this class
Beginner Strength
This class blossomed from our 55+ program, however it is perfect for any age to begin their strength training journey. If you are coming back from an injury, this could also be a great option! With a focus on functional strength, we move through all the foundational movements. We avoid the big lifts, and emphasize technique over everything.

Yoga
Yoga is a gentle way to strengthen the body, connect with the breath, and calm and focus the mind. Through a series of physical poses (asanas) and slow controlled movements, you will build strength and improve balance and flexibility. Breathing techniques (Pranayama) will be taught to relax the body and reduce stress which can help improve overall wellbeing and cognitive performance.
This practice is accessible to all ages and levels as you will be given plenty of options and will be encouraged to practice at your own pace. Book this class
Bars and Bells
This barbell & kettlebell class is for the circuit/cross fit lovers! This more athletic style class will feature barbell movements (deadlifts, back squats, hip thrusts, clean and press, rows), paired with kettlebell movements (clean, snatch, swings, RDLs, rows, lunges, presses, halos, etc.) and topped off with some ever loved cardio movements (wall ball, ropes, climbers, skipping etc..) This class is EMOM Style, for 4 rounds.

Strengthen and Stretch
This circuit based class is 35 minutes of strength/cardio movements and a 20 minute stretch to cool down. The circuit typically includes a mix of movements geared to elevate the heart rate and challenge the strength. This is a great way to mix up a week of strength training.
Great for all levels, offered 1-2 x per week.

This Bodyweight style class is designed to challenge and improve your range of motion, flexibility and stability. This class is compliment to any strength style class. Ensuring your joints are ready for bigger lifts, and higher jumps.
