Our MVMNT programs are curated for different demographics of women. Whether you are a beginner, a new mom, peri/menopausal, or recently pregnant. We have a supportive coach and a judgement free environment waiting for you.
MVMNT Foundations beginner & 55 +
Our beginner programs are for Females of ALL AGES. We offer early mornings, evenings and day time options.

Stroller MVMNT
This outdoor program is a great option for moms with busy babies who enjoy the stroller! Moving around OEV, this program is a low impact option for moms getting back to Strength and cardio movements.
Prenatal MVMNT
Maintain you strength and learn what is “safe and effective” for your ever changing body. From Strength to prenatal Yoga classes. We are happy to support your through this transition.
Mom and Baby MVMNT
This indoor program is a way to focus on progressing your strength, while baby is with you. Either in the playpen provided or laying near you. Best for moms with babies under 1 year.
Mama Circle
This program is designed for moms 5+ weeks postpartum. Taking the time to reconnect to your pelvic floor, strengthen your core and be in among a supportive environment.
Mom and Toddler MVMNT
For moms with babies 12+ months OR with more than one child. Bring all your kiddos and get a great workout in. There is supervised play for the kids and a coach for mom. Focus on your strength and prioritize YOU!
