This in person program is a perfect way to connect with other moms and focus on progressing your strength postpartum. The best part is, the kiddos can join right along!

Who is this for?

This program is for the busy mamas who have moving babies over 12 months or more than one little one (no age limit) at home! Enjoy our signature weighted strength class with a community of women and a safe place for your baby to play. This class is also prenatal friendly if you have a little one and are expecting! *if you have multiple children, this is for you! If you have one under 12 months, and a toddler, you are welcome in this space.

Pricing & 6 week Program Registration

March 24th - May 1st

Each class is capped at 6 mamas. Classes must be registered for in advance, cancellation is 6 hours in advance. If you need to cancel within 6 hours (let’s be honest, kids happen) you can make up the class within the same week. This can be in a mom and toddler class, or any other class Align MVMNT offers (includes Stroller, Align everyday MVMNT, but does not include any other program)

6 Week Mom and Toddler Session - March 24th - May 1st
*Up to two make up credits {May 5th - 8th} are the current make up dates, or another timeslot during the 6 weeks}
* Pricing is plus hst
- 6 Classes $114* (1x per week)
- 12 classes $194* (2x per week)

By purchasing a 6/12 class pass, you are committing to the same time each day/week. Please make any arrangements if you need to switch a class time, this can be done based on class availability. Email us if you have any questions about this.

Let’s break it down. What is included?

This program is dedicated time to focus on strengthening your body and engaging in a supportive community.

What’s included in the Mom and Tot MVMNT Program?

  • Weekly in-person Mom & Tot classes
    These classes will take place in London every week. It can seem daunting as a mom to commit to a time every week, I get it! Think of this as accountability, to take the time to get out with your kiddo, bond with other mamas and focus on YOU. A missed class can be made up during designated make up classes or considered used.

YOU WILL NEED:

  • Water bottle

  • No equipment needed, we will have everything you’ll need!

WHERE WILL WE BE?

Old East Village, London - Spent together in the Align MVMNT Studio, 1010 Dundas St.

  • Tuesday/Thursday- This class is modeled after our signature ‘Weighted Strength’ class. 3 stations with 3 movements at each. They are full body strength focused with a mix of cardio and core. This will allow us to use some of the bigger equipment in the program.

  • There will also be an enclosed play areas for the kids. Filled with toddler centered toys, books and colouring. Snacks are not included! I highly recommend packing lots though…  

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Mamas with two kiddos at home, or with one kiddo over 12 months! We prioritize functional strength, which means alignment, posture and pelvic floor function above all else.
** If you are under 1 year postpartum and looking to move your body, I welcome you to join us! We do have other options such as STROLLER MVMNT for younger ones. Tuesdays 10:00 am class has a similar style, but it is outdoors! This class will have moving babies and toddlers. This means we can’t have babies laying on the mat as much, it is best if babe is in the playpen with the other kids! Or, of course they can be right with you!

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A CLASS?

On Tuesdays/Thursdays, we will have 3 stations set up with 2-3 exercises on either side of the Studio. This strength & cardio focused workout will be around 45 minutes, then cool down to end. The babies will be able to play in the play areas provided. We will have volunteers to help watch and entertain the little ones during class!

If you prefer to drop in per class, instead of committing to the full 6 week program. This will only based on availability. Classes are capped at 6 mamas (6 registered + drop in spots) plus instructor.
Solo Drop in classes will be opened after the first week.

A few housekeeping notes for in person classes:

If you are bringing older children, totally fine! There is a seating area at the front if the play areas are too young for them.

Dress yourself and baby in layers! The Studio doesn’t have air conditioning, but lots of fans to keep everyone cool.

Bring snacks and your tots favourite toys! We will have lots of variety, but you know your little one best.

Most importantly, this experience is so much more than just a workout. I know as a new mama, it can feel intimidating to bring the baby anywhere. Will they fuss? Will they get hungry? Will they need to go to the bathroom? I GOT YOU. Your childs well -being is the most important thing. If you need to stop and tend to your baby, DO IT. If you need to stop and change their diaper, or tend to them because they are crying, DO IT. You will be supported either way.
