This movement based mama circle puts your postpartum recovery at the forefront, physically and mentally.
Each class we meet, we connect and we move. Putting a focus on connecting back to your core and pelvic floor.

These guests will act as guides, answering any questions you may have and also give you some insight on what to expect over the next year as your body shifts and changes during postpartum.
Every session includes movement. Initially we start with stretches, guided to help your newly healing body. We also add in gentle core movements that naturally progress over the 8 weeks. This will give you awareness on load management and really build your strength from the foundation up.
Learning about what diastasis recti is and pelvic floor dysfunction so we can avoid and heal together. This is a crucial step before moving to bigger lifts, higher intensity and higher impact movements. I highly recommend this for every active mama, looking to return to fitness during their postpartum period.
